Coverage:

Ispure provides a one-year limited warranty for the electronic base of our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. Additionally, if the product is received in a broken condition, it will be covered under this warranty.

 

Duration:

The Limited Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser and lasts as specified below:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

 

– Resale of Ispure-branded products by the purchaser or purchase from unauthorized resellers or retailers.

– Lack of performance due to improper maintenance, including failure to clean and maintain glass accessories.

– Use of aftermarket accessories not approved or endorsed by Ispure.

– Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or aging of the product.

– Improper use, alteration, or tampering with the product.

– Fraudulent warranty claims or misrepresentation.

– Alteration, defacement, or removal of the product’s serial number.

 

Procedure for Warranty Claims:

If you believe your product is defective and eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact Ispure at support@ispure.com or visit ispure.com/warranty/.
  2. Fill out the provided form with relevant information about your product and issue.
  3. A representative from Ispure will provide instructions on how to proceed with your claim.
  4. When making a claim, ensure you provide a clear picture of the defective product,series number, and a copy of the original purchase receipt. The receipt should include details such as the product purchased, price paid, date of purchase, and the merchant’s name.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Ispure product, please follow the maintenance instructions provided. Regular cleaning and proper care, especially for glass accessories, are essential for maintaining functionality.
